DIY >> Super Easy Nail Decals

I consider myself an all around crafter and DIY kinda girl. Give me a glue gun and some random materials and I could go to town on a creative project, but an "artist" I am not. I'm pretty sure my 4 year old could paint or draw a better picture than I could. It just doesn't come naturally to me.
This being said I have jumped on the trend of painting my nails and having fun with all the bright colors, designs and decals you can use. I was leery at first, thinking my fingers may actually look like my nails were painted by my 4 year old, but I think they look pretty good. :)
These nail decals are super easy and great because you can make a ton at once, put them away and use later.

You will need:
F> Your favorite nail polish colors
> A plastic bag
> Tweezers
> Clear nail polish

First things first, paint your nails your favorite color and let dry.

Then think about what cute little things your want on your nails, remember I'm no artist, so I made really easy decals like hearts and cherries, but if you could, you could paint little pandas, flowers or even Hello Kitty! Yep, I went there, Hello Kitty!

1. Paint your image on your plastic baggie, whether it is complex or simple it will be super cute, everyone can make a heart right...Let your image completely dry. It should only take about 5 minutes.
2. Paint a thin coat of clear nail polish on top. Make sure this thin coat is about the size of your nail. Let dry.
3. Take your tweezers and peel your decal off the baggy. I used my nail, but if your nails are short tweezers will help. I thought this step would be hard but the decal peels right off.

Then place your decal on your nail and press flat. If you want you can paint a coat of clear nail polish on top, but the decal cling to the nail polish on your nails. I did not paint a clear coat and went swimming with the kids and it was fine.

I'm going to make a full sheet and put it away with my polish so next time I paint my nails I can just peel one off!
I hope you enjoy these decals as much I do!
