lazy daisy breakfast
i am in slow motion this morning. i have a little boy with strep throat who cant even swallow. so sad huh? can you say mashed potatoes for breakfast? im not sure what kind of summer bug he got but i feel so very bad for him. hopefully his medicine kicks in soon. i decided to have my breakfast outside because it was sunny, and to be honest, i am starting to get a little stir crazy too. these sweet treats were perfect with my coffee, a dollop of nutella on banana slices rolled in sprinkles, with a croissant. not a healthy breakfast, but definitely a happy colorful one.
today i plan on doing sidewalk chalk paint in the driveway and taking a short drive with the windows rolled down with the kids...hopefully that with lift my bubba's spirits.
