crock pot recipe : chocolate peanut clusters

crock pot candy? what? yes friends, and it is really good!
my mother in law gave me this recipe, and im glad she did.
thank you lillian! ha!
you will need:
*2 lbs {36 oz} salted dry-roasted peanuts
*4 oz {4 squares} german sweet chocolate
*1 {12 oz} package semisweet chocolate chips {about 2 cups}
*2 1/2 lbs white almond bark

directions:
1. put the peanuts in the bottom of your crock pot. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then almond bark.
2. cook on low for 3 hours
3. stir mixture until smooth and drop into cupcake liners.
4. allow to harden and enjoy
...makes 30 to 40 pieces...

im always afraid to cook chocolate on the stove because i have burned it before, but this was easy to make and clean up.  the smell of the toasted peanuts will make your kitchen smell yummy too...the kids loved it!
enjoy

I haven't had chocolate or sugar for about 2 months. I'd love to lick the screen! (sorry for sounding gross!) These look divine, easy and delish. Hugs, Kim
