do you see the color? they are wonderful, and even if i cant find an afghan yet...
i can still run with the idea of adding more bright yummy colors in my home.

Why not make one? An afghan was the first crocheting project I've ever made. Have you checked etsy? There are lots of vintage afghans on there. I've been considering opening an etsy store to sell them but I'm not quite ready yet.
I am always drawn to color, but afraid to commit to it.
blankets and pillows are a great way to add color and change it out year round!
I love colorful afghans like this! I've been thinking of making one but my crochet skills aren't entirely up to par yet :) Great pictures!

Oh my lord, this prompt from Maggie has all kinds of references to my grandma coming up. I totally forgot how she used to make these kinds of blankets. I have one, a yellow one that she made me when I was a little girl. I'm going to have to pull it out and display it somewhere so it can get the love it deserves. Thank you for the reminder.
I love all the afghans here! They're actually a really great way to add color to a room (plus they're so warm and cozy!)
